the obama administration respond responded to the attack and they've demanded to hear from clinton for months. the secretary was unable to make her previously scheduled tm in december due to illness, so this will be the first time that the secretary publicly answers questions about why officials denied multiple requests for additional security at the benghazi compound. she will also be asked about whether a lack of funding played a role in those decisions. clinton will try to refocus the testimony on her attempts to fix what investigators called systemic failures in leadership and management at senior levels at the state department. she will be prepped upon the department's response. a new high threat security was created and four officials were put on administrative leave as a result of the investigation, yet all four remain on the government payroll. the current chairman of the senate foreign relations committee is senator john kerry. he will not appear because he's busy preparing for his nomination hearings, which begin on thursday. he's expected to replace hil
